This was on sale at a hobby shop, so I bought the last two. I thought it looked pretty SCI-FI, and with the large size of the capsule I thought it might be a good spot to hide a camera one day.
I didn’t like the body-wrap decals that it came with, so I went simply with a multi paint scheme. Using only Tamiya paints, the entire “thing’ was first sprayed with olive drab. Certain sections were highlighted with light green, and then the whole thing was covered with clear green to give that frog/reptilian skin look.
