The second rocket that I bought when I was younger was the Helio-Copter, which is similar to this one.  The nose cone has a helicopter system that spins the nose cone back to earth, while the booster uses the parachute.  I only thought it would be appropriate to include one of these in my fleet.

The Cosmic Cobra is the E2X (easy build) version of the Helio-Copter.  It was also previously released as a prebuilt model called Hyper-X.  This rocket has been lost. Luckily I launched it without the heli system, so I can use that on other rockets. A replacement will be bought soon.
